Our Procedure
In addition to our Mission/Guarantee we want all of our customers and future customers to know exactly what is going to happen when they become clients of FSBO Home Marketplace.
First of all,
congratulations on choosing your own personal marketing program. In order to assure you that your experience with FSBO Home Marketplace is a complete and satisfying one, we would like to take a moment to review the process to be certain that you know what to expect in the coming days.
1._____Please email FSBO Home Marketplace to schedule your phone walk-through.
2._____Upon the completion of your ad copy: it will be emailed to you for your approval. Proofread the ad and make any corrections you feel necessary. Please return the proof immediately with any changes you have made. Once we receive the approval form, we will begin to upload your ad onto each website that you have chosen.
3._____Your photos, virtual tours and videos (if included in your program) are ordered the next business day after your program purchase. We will contact you within two business days to schedule an appointment for the photographer, videographer and video tour company to come out to your home and record them at a time convenient for you.
4. _____Once your professional photos, videos and virtual tours are recorded, they will be processed and uploaded onto the appropriate websites and will be attached to your page within three business days.
5._____If your campaign does not included photos; please upload them onto our photo page.
6._____Your yard sign will be mailed to you within 2 business days.
